Benoît Dambre is a partner in tax law at Andersen in France. A recognised specialist in corporate and international taxation, he advises executives, groups and investment funds on their strategic transactions (M&A, restructurings, LBO) and complex tax disputes.
A graduate of HEC and holder of a DESS in international tax law (Paris XI), he is a member of the specialisation jury of the French National Bar Council. He teaches at HEC, Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, ESCP Europe and Paris-Dauphine.
