Benoît Dambre is the managing partner of Andersen Société d'Avocats and a partner specialising in tax law. A recognised authority on corporate and international taxation, he advises directors, groups and investment funds on their strategic transactions — M&A, reorganisations and leveraged buy-outs — and on their most complex tax disputes.
A graduate of HEC Paris, he holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in international tax law from Université Paris XI and sits on the specialisation examination board of the Conseil National des Barreaux, the French National Bar Council. He teaches at HEC Paris, Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, ESCP Europe and Université Paris-Dauphine.
