François Morazin

François Morazin is a partner in tax law at Andersen Société d'Avocats. He advises on the full range of tax questions facing companies and their directors: transaction tax (LBOs, M&A), transfer pricing, VAT, international taxation and tax disputes.

He holds a DEA in business law and a DESS in tax law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and is a member of the IACF, the French association of tax counsel.
