Employment law
People make a business. Our team advises on your employment decisions with rigour, humanity and an eye to lasting performance.
Employment law goes to the heart of a business: its people, its culture and its capacity to change. We advise employers and directors on every such decision, in the belief that the best advice reconciles the protection of the business with the quality of its employee relations.
Our approach
Every engagement is grounded in careful listening and precise analysis. Our lawyers take in the legal, organisational and human dimensions of a matter, working alongside your HR function, your works council and your other advisers.
